简介Biography
蒋小余（又名蒋鹏），1990年出生于重庆大足，现研究生就读于四川美术学院油画系。其参展经历包括：2017年作品参展四川美术学院第十四届研究生作品年展（虎溪公社，重庆）及前行中的未来——重庆市高等艺术院校油画研究生作品展（西南大学美术馆）；2018年作品参展短波——四人联展（新媒体艺术空间，重庆）及学院精神——天道·第四届八大美术学院研究生优秀作品展（义乌）；2019年作品参展刺点：四川美术学院油画系第26届学生作品年展（CAEA美术馆）。
Jiang Xiao Yu (also known as Jiang Peng), born in 1990 in Dazu, Chongqing, is currently a graduate student in the Oil Painting Department of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. His exhibition record includes: in 2017, he participated in the 14th Annual Exhibition of Graduate Works of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute (Huxi Commune, Chongqing) and “The Advancing Future: Exhibition of Oil Painting Graduate Works from Higher Art Institutions in Chongqing” (Southwest University Art Museum); in 2018, he participated in “Short Wave: Four-Person Exhibition” (New Media Art Space, Chongqing) and “Academy Spirit: Tian Dao – The 4th Outstanding Works Exhibition of Graduate Students from the Eight Major Art Academies” (Yiwu); in 2019, he participated in “Punctum: The 26th Annual Student Works Exhibition of the Oil Painting Department, Sichuan Fine Arts Institute” (CAEA Art Museum).

His representative works include a series of acrylic on canvas paintings such as *The Fallen Boxer* (2022), *Dark Energy* (2024), *Roar* (2024), *Dark Energy No.2* (2024), *Reflection* (2023), *The Man in the Case* (2023), *Rainbow* (2024), *Trapped Beast* (2024), *Elbow* (2024), *Big Tobacco Pipe* (2024), *Porter* (2024), and *Fluorescence* (2024).
His creative style is characterised by a blend of figurative representation and expressive, experimental approaches.
