刘天怜，1987年出生于重庆，2009年本科毕业于广州美术学院中国画系，获学士学位；2012年研究生毕业于广州美术学院中国画系，获硕士学位。现居北京。其创作以工笔花鸟为特色，曾举办多次个展，包括2011年“有许多花有许多鱼－刘天怜个展”（唐宁艺廊）、2012年“旧雨新枝－刘天怜工笔作品展”（汇豪社，广州）及“聚焦镜－刘天怜”（虹墙画廊，798艺术区，北京）、2013年“奇幻世界－刘天怜花鸟作品展”（珠江美术馆）。
Liu Tianlian, born in 1987 in Chongqing, graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts with a Bachelor’s degree in 2009 and a Master’s degree in 2012. She currently lives in Beijing. Her creative practice is characterised by meticulous flower-and-bird painting. She has held numerous solo exhibitions, including “Many Flowers, Many Fish – Liu Tianlian Solo Exhibition” (Tangning Gallery, 2011); “Old Rain, New Branches – Liu Tianlian Meticulous Painting Exhibition” (Huihaoshe, Guangzhou) and “Focus Lens – Liu Tianlian” (Rainbow Wall Gallery, 798 Art Zone, Beijing) in 2012; and “Fantasy World – Liu Tianlian Flower-and-Bird Exhibition” (Pearl River Art Museum) in 2013.
