YE GUOZHI is a Chinese contemporary artist. In 2025, his works were featured in the large-scale group exhibition “见微，知著.” (Seeing the Small, Knowing the Great) at Hong Art Museum. The exhibition, prepared by the curatorial team over nearly a year, selected 47 figurative painters from a pool of 160 artists born after 1980, and stipulated that each work measure no more than 60 cm in both length and width, foregrounding a meticulous mode of creation.
