张若愚（Zhang Ruoyu），中国当代艺术家。其创作怀有女娲造人的悲悯，作品以石膏的粗糙肌理和看似多余的不规则块面，隐喻生命与生俱来的不完美；细节处的精美线条和源自古希腊雕塑的理想美，则呈现超脱现实的追求。生动精致与矛盾残缺的融合，演绎出他对理想与现实之间裂痕的抗拒与挣扎。张若愚通过主动接触外界，形成对整个生活的上帝视角，作品被视为他对现实不满的抵抗。2023年，他在LCE GALLERY参加了双人展“游鱼和飞鸟”。
Zhang Ruoyu is a Chinese contemporary artist. His work carries the compassion of Nüwa creating humanity, with the rough texture of plaster and seemingly superfluous irregular facets serving as a metaphor for the inherent imperfection of life; the exquisite lines in the details and the ideal beauty derived from ancient Greek sculpture present a pursuit beyond reality. The fusion of vivid refinement and contradictory incompleteness enacts his resistance and struggle against the rift between the ideal and the real. By actively engaging with the outside world, Zhang Ruoyu assumes a God's-eye view of life as a whole, and his works are regarded as his resistance to his dissatisfaction with reality. In 2023, he participated in a two-person exhibition "The Swimming Fish and the Flying Bird" at LCE GALLERY.
