逃离阿尔法城展览借喻自让-吕克·戈达尔的反乌托邦经典《阿尔法城》。那座由“逻辑”统治、放逐诗性与情感的冰冷之城，成为艺术家对当代生存境遇的隐喻。本次展览并非宣告一种简单的胜利或抵达，而是呈现一场充满拉扯、回溯与挣扎的精神远征——在情感的外溢中冲破禁锢，在元素的构建中重铸象征，在语言的重塑中寻觅救赎，最终指向用爱、良知与诗性对抗异化的永恒命题。

The exhibition borrows its metaphor from Jean-Luc Godard’s dystopian classic Alphaville. That cold city, ruled by

"logic" and banishing poetry and emotion, becomes the artist’s allegory for the contemporary human condition. This exhibition does not declare a simple victory or arrival; instead, it presents a spiritual expedition fraught with tension, retrospection, and struggle. It depicts breaking free from constraints through the overflow of emotion, reforging symbols in the construction of elements, and seeking redemption in the reshaping of language—ultimately pointing to the eternal proposition of resisting alienation through love, conscience, and poetic sensibility. Language: From Virtual Nesting to Sedimentation of Time Zheng Zihao chooses the traditional medium of oil painting, infusing it with a spirit resonant with the digital age. His dedication to the "hand-feel" of oil stems from a fascination with the slow drying process of pigments—this is not merely technical waiting, but the sedimentation of emotion and the crystallization of reflection. This creative process itself echoes the construction logic of "layer overlaying" in the virtual world. The subtle color transitions and hazy blurring effects on the canvas are not the soft focus of classical oil painting, but a conscious absorption and transformation of the aesthetic qualities of screen pixels and digital rendering. This linguistic reshaping allows his images to retain material weight while permeating the detachment and dreaminess of digital space, forming a unique

"post-screen aesthetic." Zheng’s practice also transcends past "screen aesthetic" labeling, internalizing the virtual experience into a profound handmade texture and temporal meditation.

"Escape from Alpha City" is by no means a once-and-for-all triumph. True "escape" is the practice of what Foucault termed "Heterotopia"—carving out a temporary, heterogeneous, possibility-laden "Other Space" beyond the dominant order. Are we not all prisoners of Alpha City within the algorithmically woven net of "silence, safety, and caution"? As an eternal present continuous, Zheng Zihao’s every painting is constructing an open, unique "new world." The overflow of emotion is the flame igniting the engine; the construction of elements lays down a star map; the reshaping of language forges an ark. Together, they form the "necessary path" of escape—an endless journey of exploration. Only in constant escape can we confirm that our souls remain not wholly devoured by Alpha City.
